In-Flight Entertainment Systems: Airline features Audio-video on demand (AVOD) with games, movies, music, and TV programs (All on personal televisions PTVs), or otherwise you can watch complimentary movies, top TV shows on overhead screens on select aircraft. The airline also features Top Movies and TV programs that can be purchased and streamed to your Wi-Fi-enabled device on select aircraft. Devices that will stream these entertainment options include Laptops, iPad, Galaxy Tab, Motorola Xoom Or any tablet that runs iOS or Android OS 3.2 and above. In-Flight Entertainment WiFi service is available for purchase on select aircraft. Universal AC power outlets and USB plugs at every seat are available on select aircraft. All entertainment options vary by aircraft.

Food & Beverage Service: Complimentary Non-Alcoholic Beverages are offered all other In-flight catering is available for purchase on board for the following fees: Snack $3.50-$7.00, Meal: $6.79-$10.00.

Traveling with your Pet or Service Animal: Pet-friendly airline will accept domesticated cats and dogs in the Cabin of aircraft for a fee of ($125 one way within and between the United States and Canada, Mexico, Central America, Colombia and the Caribbean provided the country of arrival permits entry); ($175 per Kennel one way for a checked pet within and between the United States and Canada, Mexico, Central and South America and the Caribbean), ($150 per kennel one way to/from Brazil). Carry-on pets are (not allowed) to/from Hawaii or transatlantic/transpacific destinations or to/from Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Paraguay, Uruguay, and Venezuela. Pets will not be accepted for flights over (12) hours. Envoy Air does not accept pets as checked baggage for Priority Parcel Service between San Juan, (SJU) and St. Kitts (SKB).You must check in at the ticket counter. Checked pets will not be accepted more than four hours before your flight time. A pet kennel counts as a passenger's one carry-on bag a cabin pet charge still applies. Only one pet kennel per ticketed passenger may be accepted for travel in the cabin. The maximum size for cabin pet carriers is (19" long x 13" wide x 9" high). Soft-sided pet carriers may exceed these dimensions slightly because they are collapsible. Fees and pet policies may be subject to change at any time.

Service animals are welcome on all flights. There is no charge for service animals used by customers with disabilities.

Carry-On Baggage: Each Passenger may bring one personal item (purse, briefcase, laptop, etc.) plus one carry-on bag. The personal item must not exceed (36 inches (length + width + height) to fit under the seat. For a carry-on bag to fit in the overhead bin, your item must not exceed: (22" long x 14" wide x 9" tall or (115cm) (56 x 36 x 23 cm).

The following items are allowed over and above the carry-on allowance for the adult traveling with an infant: Approved safety seat for a lap or ticketed child, Umbrella, stroller for lap or ticketed child, Diaper bag for lap or ticketed child.

Strollers that are large, non-collapsible or over 20 lbs. must be checked at the ticket counter, and are exempt from baggage charges when accompanying a child or infant who is traveling. Fully Collapsible Stroller Weighing Less Than 20 lbs. may be checked at the ticket counter or gate, and is exempt from baggage charges and may not be carried on the aircraft.

Checked Baggage Fees for a Single Ticket Per Bag One Way: Each checked bag in the free allowance may be up to 62 inches and weigh up to 50 lbs. The size limitation of luggage is calculated by adding the total outside dimensions of each bag, that is, (length + width + height).Checked baggage allowance and fees may vary depending on cabin status, airline member status, military status, itinerary and date of purchase. Wheelchairs, scooters, and braces or other assistive devices are accepted free of charge as checked baggage and are in addition to the normal checked baggage allowance. Standard Fees for flights within and between the United States, US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico and Canada: 1st bag $25, 2nd bag $35,3rd bag $150, and $200 for any additional pieces.

Overweight/Oversize baggage charges: Fees for flights within and between the United States, US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico and Canada: Checked baggage weighing over (50 lbs. /23 kg) but not more than (70 lbs. /32 kg) will be charged at the rate of $100 per piece. Checked baggage weighing over (70lbs. /32 kg) but not more than (100 lbs. /45 kg) will be charged at the rate of $200 per piece. Checked baggage that is larger than (62 in/158 cm) will be charged at the rate of $200 per piece. More than one baggage charge may apply to a particular bag. Deferent fees and policies apply to international checked baggage.

Active U.S. military personnel traveling on orders are allowed one oversize/ overweight bag in the free allowance up to 100 lbs. And 115 inches for no additional charge. Military orders documentation must be presented when checking oversize/overweight bags. The 70 lb. maximum bag weight limit for Europe and Asia does not apply to U.S. military baggage if traveling on orders. Baggage Fees and policies may be subject to change at any time.
