Complimentary on-demand television 19 live channels and up to 75 television episodes from popular series are available. An in-flight entertainment offering for purchase that allows you to watch live TV and video-on-demand shows and movies from your personal device is available.

Food & Beverage Service: Complimentary Non-Alcoholic Beverages and Snacks are offered all other In-flight catering is available for purchase on board for the following fees: Drink: $1.00-$15.00, Snack $2.50-$4.00

Traveling with your Pet or Service Animal: Pet-friendly airline will accept domesticated cats and dogs in the Main Cabin of aircraft for a fee of ($95 one way per carrier). Animals are welcome and will be allowed to travel on flights to/from all domestic destinations. No animals will be allowed to travel to/from Jamaica on Southwest Airlines under any circumstances due to country-specific regulations. Animals are not allowed to travel in-cabin on international flights or any itinerary that includes an international flight. Pet carriers are limited to maximum dimensions of 8.5” high x 18.5” long x 13.5” wide. All pets must be eight (8) weeks old. The pet carrier will count as the passenger's carry-on bag. Passengers are permitted to travel with no more than (1) pet carrier per person. There will be no more than six (6) scheduled pet carriers per scheduled flight. Each pet carrier can have no more than two of the same species of small dogs or cats per pet carrier. Southwest Airlines will only carry pets in the cabin; pets are not permitted as checked baggage. Fees and pet policies may be subject to change at any time.

Service animals are welcome and will be allowed to travel on flights to/from all domestic and international destinations with the exception of Jamaica. Emotional support animals may accompany a passenger with a disability on a flight but requires documentation from health care professional. Customers are not required to transport assistance or emotional support animals in pet carriers. If a Customer opts to carry his/her assistance or emotional support animal in a pet carrier, the carrier must be properly stowed for taxi, takeoff, and landing. Reservations must be made in advance.

Carry-On Baggage: Passengers are allowed one carry-on in addition to one personal item (purse, briefcase, laptop, etc.) Southwest Airlines limits carry-on bag dimensions to (10x16x24 inches).

Checked Baggage Fees for a Single Ticket Per Bag One Way: Southwest allows two checked pieces of baggage per ticketed Customer the Maximum weight is (50 lbs. and maximum size is 62 inches) (length + width + height) per checked piece of luggage. 3rd Checked Bag and any bag thereafter is $75 per piece (weight: 50 lbs. or less dimensions 62 inches or smaller).

Overweight items from (51 to 100 pounds) and over-sized items in excess of 62 inches but not more than 80 inches (e.g.; surfboards, bicycles, vaulting poles) will be accepted for an overweight and oversize baggage fee of $75 per item. This is in addition to the regular free baggage allowance. Customers traveling with children will be allowed to check one stroller and one Child Restraint System (CRS) or car seat per child without charge.

Active duty military personnel traveling with Military ID or Department of Defense orders as long as each piece of baggage does not exceed 100 lbs. in weight and 80 inches in size (length + width + height), baggage will be exempt from Southwest’s baggage limit, and will not be subject to excess, over-sized, or overweight baggage charges.
